Deluxe Beachside 755 ft²: With Coralina or clay tiles, wooden jalousie louver windows and large balconies or patios. Tropical garden view, just a few steps away from the beach and water's edge. Deluxe Hillside 700 ft²: At various hillside levels with beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and/or St. Lucia's Pitons. Some rooms have the fourth wall missing entirely, others have wooden louver walls and open room dormers allowing for excellent natural airflow. Some with formal separation between bedroom and living room, others wide open spaces flowing into each other, with either Coralina tiles, clay floor tiles or tropical hardwood floors, with patios and/or balconies.

King-size beds, ensuite bathrooms with 2 sinks, shower and toilet. Upon request, extra bed or twin beds can be provided.

Premium Hillside 700 ft²: Same as Deluxe, with a postcard picture perfect view of the Pitons and Sea.

The Beach House: North corner of Anse Chastanet beach. Oceanfront garden, interior bright and airy. Flower garden, personal stone-column, gated bridge, 450 ft² covered patio, outdoor shower. Expansive bathroom with two large, rectangular white porcelain pedestal sinks, inset mirrors and glass wall sconces. Large, open custom rose glass tile shower with two rain showers, cast-iron claw foot slipper tub. A/C.

Piton Pool Casuarina: Exquisitely finished with Coralina stone tiles and hand crafted furniture made from tropical hardwoods, private hillside setting, facing towards St Lucia's famous Pitons mountains and the Caribbean Sea. Spacious bedroom with walk in closet, 430 ft² open walled patio-living room area. Grand bathroom with Piton view, "Couples" Shower with "His" and "Hers" rain shower heads. Private 160 ft² pool.
